A Match in the Making is the first book in the Matchmakers series and if you're anything like me you will enjoy every moment spent reading it. These characters were a match made in heaven and I am anxiously awaiting the next book she writes. Turano has a gift, and I don't say that lightly. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Historical Romance books and also likes to smile and laugh while reading a book. But it isn't for any of the normal reasons one would expect. I loved watching Gwendolyn go from being a wall flower to being the main person sought out at a ball. I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book! Jen Turano cracks me up in every book of hers I've read, and I'm always anxious to see what she comes up with next! A Match in the Making was a blast to read! Stories with matchmakers are always fun, but she took this one to the next level.
